First, the core role
Adjust the center distance between shafts
Through its eccentric structure, the eccentric shaft can flexibly adjust the center distance between the two shafts to meet the requirements of different equipment layout and avoid transmission failure caused by equipment installation errors.
Transfer compound motion
Eccentric shaft can not only transmit rotary motion (rotation), but also realize revolution (axis offset motion), for example, in V-belt transmission, the conversion between rotary motion and reciprocating linear motion can be realized.
Second, the structural characteristics
The two axes are parallel and do not overlap:
the outer circle is parallel to the axis of the inner hole, but there is an offset angle, which is usually fixed by eccentric hole or key connection.
Various shapes:
according to different eccentricity, it can be divided into pure eccentric shaft (eccentric only) and eccentric wheel shaft (eccentric and circular).
